Stephen L. Angel
 Appointed
as a Trustee to the West Virginia Investment Management Board on
July 24, 1997 by Governor Cecil H. Underwood,
Mr. Angel received his Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts degrees
from West Virginia University, with postgraduate work at the College
of Graduate Studies in Educational Administration. He is employed
by the West Virginia Federation of Teachers as Director of Field
Services.
Mr.
Angel has also served as President of the Wood County Federation
of Teachers for ten years; Vice-President of the West Virginia Federation
of Teachers for four years; Vice-President of the Williamstown,
West Virginia, Jaycees for two years; President of St. Marys Elementary
School P.T.A. for one year; Student Government Representative, West
Virginia University for two years; and Vice-President of the Phi
Kappa Sigma Fraternity. He is a member of the West Virginia
Alumni Association; the West Virginia Reading Council; and the West
Virginia Association of Secondary School Administrators.
