Samme L. Gee
Samme Gee is a Partner in the firm of Jackson & Kelly, resident in the Charleston, West Virginia office. She concentrates her
practice on municipal financing and legislative services. Her primary focus is on government and 501(c)(3) construction financing or refinancing. Ms. Gee has served as a panel participant for the National
Association of Bond Lawyers Workshop and has made municipal financing and secondary market disclosure presentations to various government groups. Ms. Gee serves as the firm's representative to
the West Virginia Municipal League and the West Virginia Association of Counties.
Ms. Gee was appointed to the West Virginia Investment Management Board on March 5, 1996.
