D. Hunter
 Roger
Hunter was born in Beckley, West Virginia, July 8, 1955. He
graduated from West Virginia University (B.A., with highest honors,
1975); and Yale University (J.D., 1979), Phi Beta Kappa. He
was employed at Jones, Day, Reavis & Pogue, Cleveland, Ohio
(1979-1980) and was a partner at Bowles Rice McDavid Graff &
Love (1980-1995) where he was head of Corporate/Public Finance,
including municipal bonds, economic development, corporate finance
and related securities work. He is currently a partner with
the law firm of Neely & Hunter. He was a former member
of the Board of the West Virginia Trust Fund, Inc. 1996-1997 and currently
serves as Trustee to the West Virginia Investment Management Board
and is also Chairman of the Investment Committee.
Mr. Hunter is a member of the Kanawha County, West Virginia, Bar
Association where he served as Chairman, Administrative Law Section,
1981-1982; Chairman, Corporation, Banking and Business Law Committee,
1994-1997. He is also a member of the American Bar Association
and the West Virginia State Bar.
Mr. Hunter's practice areas include securities law, municipal bonds,
corporate law, corporate financing, health care financing and sports
law.
