James H. Merrill

James H. Merrill serves as Representative for the Department of Public Safety, Death, Disability and Retirement Fund (also known as Safety Plan A).

Mr. Merrill has more than thirteen years of law enforcement experience and four and one half years of military experience. He is a member of the West Virginia State Police. He serves as Vice President of the Preston County Crime Solvers and has worked in supervisory positions for a number of years receiving numerous awards for budgeting accounts.
